What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Data That Will be Deleted:

- Device Information: All registered devices and gateways, will be unlinked from your account, and the associated data (e.g., device location, usage history) will be deleted.
- App Data: Any preferences, settings, or custom configurations in the app will be erased.
- Subscription Period: Your subscription will end when your account is deleted.
- Data That May Be Retained:
- Transaction Records: If you have made any purchases or transactions within the app, we are required to retain these records for up to 5 years for auditing and legal compliance purposes.
- Support Requests: Any communications with our support team or open tickets may be retained for up to 6 months after account deletion to ensure proper handling of issues and customer service follow-up.
- Data Retention Period:
- After you confirm the account deletion, it may take up to 30 days to fully remove your personal data from our servers. Some data, such as transaction records or legal documentation, may be retained as outlined above.
Irreversibility of Account Deletion
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and all associated data will be permanently erased, except for the data that must be retained for legal purposes.
