When you click this tab, you will only see two settings which are set as inactive as the default.

Let’s say you have a problem with your account and tenant, you can slide the active button to allow Wowrack admin to manage your account. If you enable this feature, Wowrack admin can logged in as your account to help you to solve your problem.
