Add New Telemetry Models

After you add your new device models, you still need to set its new telemetry:

1. Click on your new device model

2. Go on the Telemetry tab

3. Click on New Telemetry

4. Set its Name, Telemetry Key, Type, Tagging

5. Set its Aggregation

6a. Set its Profile
Note: You may skip this one if you don’t want to set any preset profile.

6b. Set its Unit

7. Click Add Telemetry when done

8. Your predefined telemetry will look like this

Add Profile

You can also add the new profile by clicking on Add Profile

1. Set its Name

2. Set its Unit

3. Select the Profile Type

There are three profile type which you may select, each type has different setting

Conversion

Use this type for converting certain value, like when you want to convert the Ampere to KwH.

You need to follow these:

1. Set the Operator

2. Set the Conversion Value

3. You may click on Add Value if your formula is longer

4. Click Add New Profile when done.

Range Values

Use this type for limiting to make the minimum and maximum value from certain units:

1. Set its Minimum and Maximum value

2. Click Add New Profile when done

Comparison

Use this type for comparing and converting the value from certain units. Let’s say you want to convert the temperature value into: Cold, Comfortable, Hot

You need to follow these:

1. Set the Condition, Value

2. Set its Converted Value

3. You may click on Add Value if your formula is longer

4. Click Add New Profile when done
